  1. New World is just a gift that keeps on giving, I don't think I've had so much fun with a game in a good couple of years (still haven't event bought it). Seriously, fuck me, they're trying to charge people money for this game.

  2. It was fun while it lasted and that's all I hoped for with New World. But for a brief moment I actually thought there might be something more. We got a few territories (including Everfall) with people I randomly found on the server and had a blast. That was destroyed by server transfers. A Polish streamer with 200 people joined and they completely smurfed our younger less developed server. Their factions companies left, we left – Company gameplay was dead.
So at least I spent a lot of time leveling up professions and could now rake in the rewards? Nope. Hyper-Inflation made that pretty much non-profitable and made some stretches I spent dozens of hours grinding almost free. Great feeling.
I wasn't into the PvE endgame grind so at least I didn't get the trifactor of disappointment by seeing people with duped Void Armor.

But yeah, New World had so many different ways to piss off it's early audience, it's amazing.

  3. This game needed another 1 or even 2 years in the oven. The bugs are bad enough but the quest design is some of the most barebones, terrible questing I've seen for example, tooltips lie to you and everything just seems busted.

  4. This game starts off so great and promising and then it just slowly falls apart one bit at a time… eventually you realize that every Zone, quest, mob, and town is the exact same. Classic wow seriously had a better storyline then this games “walk 10 miles that way and loot 8 chests” quests.

  5. This is why we need some form of regulation towards Video Games, be that Steam, PSN, XBOX the Government or some other organisation. How many games come out now broken upon release and either take months/years to fix or, in some cases, never fixed. If there was some regulation that could fine these companies for these pathetic games, perhaps that would help stop these awful games? It feels as though gaming companies are the only ones who can release something broken and get away with it….who am I kidding, this will never change.
