16:40 I think this falls under cultural appropriation
Story 3: I think Julie should take action against the tattoo artist since he purposefully put something offensive on her and told her it was what she wanted.
I love Cayden Thunder's description of an incel 😂 Spot on
That mom definitely should’ve let her have some peace of mind by putting the phone in the basket and then she not called the parent so wrong
Story 6: the question was do I tell the teen that I know and yes, tell her. Let her know that you know and you will know in the future.
I’ll be putting hands on someone! If they did this to my child!!! Knowing my child was trying to leave as well! And why is this freak putting other peoples property in her room locking the safe! I wouldn’t feel comfortable with that either! This control freak needs to get over herself! And what if the parents need to get a hold of their daughter? Is she supposed to telepathically get a hold of them that way? Dumb >%%£€£|£! /&:&&!!!! Hell no! I need to get a hold of my child! And if i wasn’t getting calls or texts I’ll be picking my child up! And gluing a phone to her face if you know what I mean! Probably wouldn’t be going home, but I’ll be saying this women was holding my child against her will. 😂😂 this story makes me so mad I’m sorry.😂😂😂😂 just imagine if it was Dad doing this. He be in handcuffs in the back of a police car. SMH 🤦🏻♀️
Story 6: OP had already told friend she gave her daughter permission to have a responsible friend over. Who's to say the neighbor didn't mistake the noise for more than two girls? Tell the daughter you heard she had someone over and thank her for cleaning up. No harm no foul.
🖤🤎💜
😂 The swifty thinking that Taylor Swift only listens to herself
Story one is insane. That kid doesn't know that they're ever getting their phone back. This is 100% not normal behavior and that would make me feel extremely uncomfortable. One or both of the parents could be abusive. One or both of the parents could be a predator. This would make me never send my kid to that house again. I'm honestly surprised your daughter has any friends left OP. Stap being at best, a cringy parent that will make your kid unpopular and at worst a literal kidnapper and possible predator.
Also a couple announcing that they are pregnant together at the end of their wedding does not take away from the wedding. What a stupid complaint. Mother-in-law sounds racist.
I mean story six is a bit difficult. You let a 16-year-old house sit on New year's. She could have had three friends over or two friends over and girls can get pretty loud and rowdy. I mean you did say she could have a friend over if she had two friends instead of one. I don't think the neighbor would be able to tell the difference. I think the best thing to do is not rat out your neighbor and ask your neighbor to keep an eye out in the future on the number of cars that show up or whatever. I would Thank the 16-year-old for taking care of your place and for leaving it clean and just ask them what happened on New year's because one of the neighbors mentioned it got a little loud. Give her the chance to explain how many people were there and what happened and then I would believe her. If things get out of hand next time then I would talk to the mom but if things don't get out of hand I probably wouldn't mention it.
My parents do not enjoy cleaning and I like it so when I was younger they would leave me to house sit. Hoping that I would have people over because we would always leave the place cleaner than they had left it. Having people over at 16 is actually a great way to prepare her for moving out in a year or two if she decides to go to college. Maybe you just have an agreement with her mom where you approve her having friends over maybe you set a person limit or something and just say mom if there's any damages are you willing to cover the replacements and then she can work out with her daughter away to pay her back? But it's a great way to sort of grow that responsibility muscle and also have your house taken care of at the same time. She sounds like a good kid
The smart phone mom was wrong for not calling mom.. but the girl needs to learn to abide by the rules. And in your own home, you absolutely can impose your own rules on guests. The woman should have called the mom but there was no harm done
Story 3: Telling Julie the tattoo was derogatory informs her so she can go and get it covered. Telling OP she was in the wrong is so bizarre to me. Not telling her would have assured that Julie walked around with something terrible on her body that she did not choose.
Candy's input always makes these that much better. :D<3 You're both so individually amazing, and together so precious to listen to and watch. Honestly love when Candy gets feisty lmfao<3
Story 1: sounds like the perfect situation for SA
