  1. The PC version wins because of the fact that it was the platform the game was designed on, and also because of the modding community even though mods aren’t really my thing.

  2. I mean, the only difference is quite literally resolution. Water, shadows, vegetation, lighting, textures are all the same.
    The only other thing I noticed slightly is that the original Xbox version has stronger colors but that may be the type of cables being used.
