  1. They should stop making iPhone 15 too. If the dynamic island rumor is true, iPhone 15 being the only phone expensive than the SE 4, not having Apple Intelligence and just one extra camera will make it a ridiculous deal. Keep the 16 series, and the SE. All with AI, all with dynamic island.

  2. People are seeing the front of the Air and thinking it’s the SE… I personally think there’s little chance SE gets a Dynamic Island instead of the notch. Apple is still manufacturing the 14 currently so it’s not like the supply chain for the notch was shut down. I think it’s much more likely Apple will keep the notch around even if it doesn’t save them money.

As for the storage, that sounds plausible but because the AI models take up space on the phone, I think it’s more likely Apple will have 128 base for $499 and 256 for $599 (based on iPad mini 7 update)

  3. Apple has become a packaging company. Taking existing products, repackaging them and call it a new innovative product.
They could have been more competitive to Microsoft, google, Amazon and OpenAI and benefit their eco system even more. But no, they only care about petty end-consumer ripoff with minor spec bumps. I swear I have bugs that carry over from iPhone 6+ to my current iPhone 13. What is all your money wasted on? With that kind of money you can’t afford all these weird OS bugs, come on.

  4. Wonder if there will be multiple versions for various countries? Could be easy to just make one device with physical sim and esim that is available everywhere.

When it comes to the storage wouldn't it be easier to not have a low end base model instead of having a $500 device why not make a $700 device with whatever specs most people upgrade to and then have a higher end version at $1100.

  5. My guess is that It’ll be base on the iPhone 14. Same body/display/notch/single main 12mpx camera, ubs-c/m, no action button. Maybe no Face ID with Touch ID on power button and A17 pro as the iPad mini 7 or A18. I hope it start at 128 Gb.

  6. Honesty my theory for why the SE has a Dynamic Island and most parts of a iPhone 16 is very simple. The iPhone 16 was such a flop that the best way to recoup what the loss would to take all the unsold iPhone 16's remove the the ultra wide camera and call it the iPhone SE. that just my theory a apple theory!

  7. I don’t think it’s gonna be called an Apple iPhone SE anymore. I think the nomenclature is going to change and they are going to call this thing the iPhone 16. Additionally, they’re probably going to scrap the iPhone 14 and 14+ as well as knock the iPhone 15 and 15+ down to the bottom as the base line entry iPhone. They’re going to adjust the prices so that the iPhone 15 and 15+ start at 599 and this new iPhone 16 E is going to start at 699. I don’t think they’re gonna start at 64 GB of base storage because that would not make any sense Because no one is going to pay 699 or even 649 or even 599 for 64 GB of storage. That being said, I think they’re gonna limit the storage to either 128 or 256 to force people to get the newer shit and the newer phones that cost more money for larger storage options if that is your thing. Finally, that thing is definitely getting the a 17 pro chip no way they’re gonna stick an 18 in that.

  8. When bro said “it doesn’t have an ultra wide and the storage start at 64gig had me 😂😂😂 64gig for $500 damn! I think getting the iphone 14pro with the same 48 megapixel + ultra wide and telephoto lens is a sweet spot 💯

  10. SE 4 should’ve been 5.8” part of the reason SE is successful mid spec smaller screen at a Cheaper price. Apple making 2 6.1” similar amazing phones doesn’t justify buying The regular 17 model over The SE average person Doesn’t care about Specs they just want The affordable newest phone. That’s Why many Don’t Care About 120 HZ for a $800 phone it should’ve have it a while ago.

  11. Well, my new open box iPhone 15 Pro I got recently that I sent in to get a cracked screen replaced under Applecare+ that Apple refused and sent back claiming it was "modified and tampered" with. And threatened to charge me $99 if I sent it back to them. Took it to several Apple stores out of town to try and get fixed, but they had to send it back to Apple as it was "flagged".

Thought I had maybe bought a lemon or something as everything checked out fine when I first got it, no replaced parts showed up. Anyways, got a call from Apple that they are sending me back a brand new iPhone 15 Pro and apologized for falsely marking my original iPhone 15 Pro as being "tampered" with, and said will provide me a "courtesy". Doubt it will make up for my $75 in gas I spent all day out of town going to Apple stores. But I'm gonna try for Airpods 4 noise cancelling, though I doubt they'll go that high in value.

Though did get a check for $200 from my class action thing against Apple for iPhone 7 audio issues. As I sent my iPhone 7 in for warranty repair as I was having audio issues on a brand new phone, but they claimed nothing was wrong and sent it back. Ended up sending the iPhone 7 back and got a 6s at the time.
