  1. Thank you so much to everyone who joined the livestream yesterday, we had so much fun spending Christmas Day with you all! 🎄 There is something weird/wrong with the sound now that it is uploaded, many apologies for that! 🙏🏻 If anyone knows about livestreams and why it sounds like this – let me know ✨ We wish you a continued lovely holiday season! 🧡

  2. Merry Christmas Cecilia, Christopher and Grim! It was a very chaotic and happy day here with my family in our Eastern Washington state home in America. Sadly I forgot to make a batch of lefse this year. My immediate family isn't Norwegian but my Auntie married into a Norse family and I've always admired their traditions.

  3. How is the LGBTQ life there on Svalrbard? I’m a gay male originally from Knoxville, Tennessee-spent ten years priors to being in Hawaii for the last 7.5 years. Would love to visit there. Seems so peaceful and inspiring there, but want to check on life for the LGBTQ community.

  4. Frohe Weihnachten! Merry Christmas! I live in the United States ( Las Vegas, Nevada) but spent my first 5 years in Germany. I am of German and Scots Irish decent. Gingerbread houses are a German tradition. I didn't have the chance to make one this year. I enjoyed watching you decorate one. We usually make them every year. We also make sauerbraten for Christmas dinner. (Oh, and I was born in San Antonio, Texas!)

  5. It is so interesting to hear about your experience of not knowing anyone who is religious. I come from an area where it was mostly the opposite growing up. It's a little different now, but religious people are still the majority here.

Would you say people in Sweden and/or Norway are spiritual as opposed to religious?

  6. Happy New Year! Now that would be a good video -how the New Year is celebrated! Love the calendar idea! You mentioned the polar bear ring and you would list the artist. but I cant seem to find it. I'm obsessed with polar bears! Just bought a vintage Royal Copenhagen bear. He's gorgeous.

  7. I stumbled over a link… onto this video.
    What a world!!
Isn't there something utterly, completely… devastatingly wrong here?

    I can't really grasp it.
    People streaming their Christmas…
    That already is odd enough!
But People watching other people spending their Christmas..??
I'm sorry, but seriously – this is literally sad!

People watching it LIVE…for almost 2hrs!?
I'm speechless!! If you are that alone, bored… having nothing better to do, you might want to re-think how you spend and what you do with your life!
Let me refrase: You HAVE to rethink it, you MUST change something!
