The Refilling of the starship superheavy after being drained was to simulate how a rapidly reusable superheavy would hold up to the extreme changes going from around sea level temps to near vacuum temps (Due to the Liquid Methane) and the draining (To Simulate and Empty Tank Upon Landing) of the tank to restore and then repeat this process again.
