  3. At least it didn't blow up before separation. But not much comfort to any astronauts if they see something like that out their rear view mirror. If any are still signed up to go. I'm going to be looking up whether they made the launch area safe this time, something the usual hyperzealous commentators in the Congregation glossed-over last launch
