We are continuing our adventures through the Nordics, alongside trying to see how long we can travel Europe without catching a flight, but I think our luck runs out at the end of this video. We have arrived at the Faroe Islands, a place that has been so high on our bucket list that we cannot wait to show you what we get up to after our 30+ hour Ferry from Denmark to get here, where we see breathtaking waterfalls, incredible scenery and most of all – 60,000 cute little puffins.

Hi, we are Stephen, Jess, Hunter and baby Koa – an Australian family who have had quite the journey. After travelling the world as a couple in 2020 we had our very first baby, we then spent the following year self-converted a van before moving into it full-time to drive around Australia. Cut to 2023 we welcomed our second child Koa into the world before resuming full-time travel around the world.

  11. These ferries you have taken are soo nice!! The food looks amazing, the hot tub, the chilling room/game rooms, and those beds look comfy!! Wow I am sold!! I have never heard of Faroe Islands wow absolutely picturesque !! Puffins are so cute!! If Hunter can do that hike by herself than I can definitely do it LOL

  16. I'm sorry – the slaughter in one day of 1400 white sided dolphins, the same beautiful ones we have here on the west coast of Canada, makes it impossible for me to promote the Faroe Islands to anyone. Make sure your children see both sides of the culture there.

  25. Maybe I'm a bit OCD, but near the beginning of the video you mentioned you were going to stay in the Faroe Islands for 4 days but then it got cut short to 2 days and you'd explain why at the end of the video.. but I didn't hear an explanation. Did I miss it?

  31. The way they torture and kill animals here for sport is VILE. Over a thousand dolphins killed in one day! Spines severed so they can’t move but still feel fear and pain, then running them over with trucks for sport. DISGUSTING! Love you guys, but can’t promote this awful place! It’s a shame because it’s beautiful there, but the culture and treatment of animals is vile and sadistic!

  40. i really admire how you travel around the world with two little ones! I've been wondering how all this traveling affects the kids' health. We also travel a lot with our three-year-old, but it always seems like he gets sick afterward. I need to learn that sense of calm from you — not dressing them too warmly. I’m not sure how cold it was, but seeing the kids outside in strong winds without hats or coats… I couldn't have gone out without a scarf, hat, and coat! 🤣🤣

  42. OMG, this is amazing! We went on Norröna From Bergen via Faroe Islands to Iceland, June 1994. Yes it went Denmark-Faroe Islands-Bergen- Faroe Islanda- Iceland and reverse back then. The boat was much smaller then and there were 1 TV for the whole ship… art 20 inches or similar. LOL.
    This summer I got to revisit Iceland for 2 weeks (8-21/7) with my 22y.old son. Amazing trip. I wanted to revisit the town of Seyðisfjörður where Norröna has its port in Iceland. So many memories and so much that I had forgotten or stored back in some well hidden memory box.
    Now I'm gonna keep watching this Faroe Islands vlog. <3 Thanks.
