  1. Why does it sound like you're on the side of the predator that's gaming the system? All the shit the developer is "providing" to the city costs money to maintain. in 20 years it's a net loss.

  2. I think a lot of the problem is drag racing feels boring to many of the fans and racers. Most of the races are bracket racing. Unless it's NHRA or PSCA the races aren't that entertaining. Everyone watches heads up races. They race. They leave at the same time, and whoever gets to the end first wins.
Handicap starts, and dial ins don't make sense to anyone who doesn't race. 15 second runs aren't that entertaining.
As much as I want to race and go to the track…I understand what is happening.

  3. And all the people that complain oh, I can’t believe the track shut down, but those same people never supported the track in the first place they went, maybe once a year and complain about the prices when there there
I hate those kind of people that never owned a business and talk shit

  4. Who needs tracks? Street racing is about to be like the 90's again. Im here for it. As someone who was around street racing in Chicago in the 90's. Doty Rd,, 103rd, Stoney Island, West Chicago, Schaumburg, Norridge(forest preserve drive). Fuck Bandimere, Fuck Atco, fuck the developers. Bring your shit to an industrial park or back road and lets get it. Back the our streets were better than your tracks. Our prep was better. Faster passes were made on the street. Great Lakes Dragaway and US 41 were hotdog water compared to the street. Close em all. In dont care, dont bother me none. Who needs tracks when you have a draggy and an industrial park? Seriously. Fuck em.
