  1. Bit of bad news: I have RFID cards for both of our EVs for the Duke Energy Park & Plug sites. They are all over the place. Lots of L2 too. However, but a month ago RFID stopped working on all their sites. Many r at low cell signal locations leaving a verbal call into support the only way to charge. When RFID was working, it was perfect. No clue when it will be fixed, but the team is putting those in the ground at a ferocious rate, so they are becoming a major player in these parts. Thx 4 the vid. I enjoyed watching

  2. Those power lines near the chargers over head may be interfering with cell service. I bought a car last fall and the delivery driver had to walk across the street away from the power lines to get better cell service because the overhead power lines gave him 1 or no bars of service. Next time you try out this shell recharge location park further away from the chargers. Maybe try parking in the 2 further away non ev parking spots just to see if cell coverage is better. They may have inadvertently placed these chargers in the wrong location where nobody can get good cell coverage because of the overhead power lines. Ive got a 2023 bolt EUV on order and it just got out of the preliminary part after waiting since last December when I ordered it. I watch all you videos and appreciate the feedback you give on what chargers work and which ones to stay away from. Im from Wisconsin and hopefully my bolt gets to me before it turns into winter. Lol
