The thing is , if you really look hard enough, you can call a penalty on nearly every play, the refs do have control as to whether to call a game tight or loose. Just admit that was a ticky tak hold and could have easily been let go.

You are allowed to contact the receiver within 5yards of line of scrimmage. they were inside the line.
Skip defending the Eagles as vociferously as he has adds to his credibility especially him being a Cowboys fan.
As an aside, Skip called Ceedee an elite receiver in the preseason. Good call. All Dallas needs is a new front office, QB, OL and secondary and we can maybe catch the Eagles.

I think we can all agree that when it comes to Patrick Mahomes Skip is a washed up, old, grumbling Bum. That chooses to put on blinders and I pray that he does this only for the ratings and having something to disagree with Shannon on. All this hot mess over a holding call and nobody wants to talk about or even mention the fumble TD the refs took away from KC in the 2nd half, that play was the very definition of what a fumble looks like when the ball is caught, secured, then knocked loose by a defensive player, and yet the refs took away an entire Chiefs TD, in the Super Bowl, cause they refused to admit it was a fumble, Eagles fans don't wanna discuss that one tho.

Mahomes won the Super Bowl this year by courtesy of refs in their last 2 games, but 2023 won't be the same, teams and NFL fans won't let refs decide who goes to Super Bowl or who wins the Super Bowl.
As a 49er fan I have lived through a “no call” that was definitely a penalty in a Super Bowl – see 49ers/Ravens. If you are a KC fan you are yelling for a flag, as an eagles fan you are sad your player fouled – he admitted it – to not throw a flag when you see it de-legitimizes the game. Would we have all be entertained by a last minute drive attempt? Of course. Would it have been unfair? Yes.
