Summer Maintenance and Volunteer Management
This week we had a special guest speaker. Vanessa Sparrow is the district Food Literacy Coordinator for SD47 (Powell River SD). She coordinates the Landed Learning @ School program (http://ow.ly/laeh50Ohfjc). She presented on volunteer engagement in school gardens, including recruitment, training and retention.
