I remember trying this out during one of the indiefest demo events, but was turned away by the rather sterile graphics and tiny, simple enemies: just seemed to lack pizazz. Didn't realize it had this much strategic gunplay and intricate resource systems under the hood: will consider giving it a second look thanks to this!

Hot diggity, this game looks like a blast. The visual style may be somewhat limited, but it looks great IMO and is different from most other games, makes me think half of Portal and half of literal arcade shooters
Mechanics look great, but really can't stand the art style, looks so generic and uninspired
I can't stand cooldowns in single player games… whats the worst that could happen if there were no cooldown? the player has too much fun? i dont think its the best way to balance or vary the gameplay.
There is a thing that is great and can be considered a masterpiece and there is also the thing that is special for you in some way. There is a game that is considered to be a masterpiece for many and yet it didn't really hit that well to some people. I mean we all know how Under The Mayo feels about Dark Sould and other From Software games.
And then let's say there is a certain game that is flawed, it is good but not great because of its flaws, and yet despite that it does feel special for you, and because it's special you love this game.
I may be reaching with this comment but let me know what game, movie, and comic feel special for you.
