I really relate to that. I feel very anxious during the day but at night I feel calm and that's when I actually want to do things. I've always been able to get a lot more done at night and that's when I get ideas or have the most energy. I'm back 2 front but it's like my head clears at night. I have ADHD so i reckon it's just how I'm wired and maybe I should just let it be now and go with it rather than trying to fight it. I think it's a delayed sleep onset thing where people with ADHD just aren't able to sleep at normal times. Even If I get up early I still can't sleep till after midnight. It's comforting to know there are others like me. I do think it's a creative brain thing. I really related to those lyrics too. What I like about Ren's style is that you can actually understand what he says and for me that makes his music more interesting.
Modern day poet guy has been so sick, if you go down the Ren rabbit hole.. He is TALENT!!!
