I emailed letting him know these pieces fell apart, they were too brittle and the holes were not properly placed or made and he told me I should read his rules or go thru USPS because he does not give refunds. This is not from shipping. These were bad quality and they are super brittle. You can literally see that they are cracked from the back. And when I claimed them, I did not notice the black lines, what are those for? Its a shame, I can not make beautiful things with these.
