  1. 11:53 no, it's not about calorie deficit, in fact, I actually have more calories in fat and protein than I did overall previously, calorie counting is not an effective or healthy means to lose fat mass, especially with regards to visceral adipose tissue, one of the most dangerous factors with regards to heart disease and certain cancers

  2. Just something that I do and thought I could share. If you want to avoid making it into these videos because of bad translation, run it through google translate at least twice. Like this: x to y, y to x so that you can read how it would translate, change your choice of words if needed and rerun it. You can just rerun it until you feel like it’s okay. idk, just thought somebody could benefit from it 🙂

  3. 11:45 No… no you’re wrong, that’s not how a keto diet works, and sometimes it’s a medically needed diet. I need to be on a keto diet because of how high my triglycerides are, which are heavily effected by the amount of carbs and sugars ingested.

  4. "Buleberries" may be what the hospital was thinking of when they told me to stop taking "bilberry" (for eye floaters). You're specifically not supposed to eat blueberry if you have GI bleeding because it makes the stool dark the same way blood does and can make it hard to tell if the bleeding is under control.

This…actually makes sense, to me at least. I think it’s saying that you can see, but not touch, because the beauty you can see from a far distance, but you don’t want intimacy with it, like it’s dangerous. Maybe it’s something at a zoo, or like a fast moving river?
