  1. Yeah, by the looks of things, people might have had a point saying that SF's outpost building is a step back from FO4's one. Guess I'll wait until Kinggath releases "Sim Outposts" 🙂

  3. As you know, you use extractor to get resources. 🙂 Can you not fast travel to the outpost? I see an icon for information, have you figured out how to gain access to the information? Thank you and have a wonderful day. PS, I hope you had a good nap. 🙂 I do love your humour.

  4. Just in case you haven't realized, however far you are in the future, the Deimos (and Stroud?) workshops are the only ship habs to include a research station, in addition to each crafting bench.

  5. Gopher: "You may want to skip this episode. All I'm going to be doing is building an outpost in it."

Me: (Dinner plate in front of me, ready to watch Gopher take a break from adventuring just to play legos and build himself a house) "Do you know your audience at all, Gopher?"

  6. I was exploring the planet that has Paridiso on it and came across one of those Environmental Consortium areas with the dung pile. In the pile was an alien egg which I tend to often find in them, but there was also a terramorph guarding the area and she was a Level 43! No matter what my partner or I used on her, it barely dented her health. Eventually, we just ran away! I'm a level 16 so I'm not sure when I'll be able to take care of those ersatz deathclaws!! I think that's what makes the dung pile that is at every one of these structures…

  7. I know your way ahead but just incase you havent figured it out. As long as you are within 250m of your ship you can transfer items to your cargohold via the ship menu. Open your ship memu (bottom left menu), hit cargo button.

Also be very careful about putting turrets on top of habitats theres a bug that can cause them to teleport outside of the build are or underground making then unretrievable.

  8. Is there somewhere other than your ship that you can store resources but also be able to access them when using benches? I’ve not made an outpost yet. It seemed the sort of thing to do when I’d hit most of the major events. That said, my ship has 6k carry capacity and is in danger of getting full due to resources.

  9. 23+ episodes in; he still doesn't know about the button/menu from the bottom of the main character page/menu that lets him see his characters stats and ailments >< lol

  10. I absolutely love Gopher's sense of excitement every time he discovered something new while building his outpost, such as making his own workbenches, assigning crew, or the prospect of building a large landing pad.

  11. you'd think the main planet of the UC wold be somewhat tamed. OR it's capital bigger than Hogwarts….
I'd happily trade the open cities against extra loading zones if it means a size that makes remotely sense. I assume it's a technical limitation. None of the 3 major cities is much bigger than Solitude in Skyrim. If at all. and the medieval Skyrim cities were already too small to really functional.
