Perfect Roasted Maple Glazed Carrots Every Time

These roasted maple-glazed carrots are a simple yet delicious dish that combines the natural sweetness of carrots with rich butter and pure maple syrup.

This recipe is inspired by traditional methods of slow-roasting vegetables, which brings out their natural flavours and intensifies their sweetness. The addition of maple syrup gives it a caramel-like depth, perfect for any occasion, this dish is sure to please with its beautifully caramelised edges and soft texture.

It’s a great way to elevate humble carrots into something special.

  1. Hey Joel, those baby carrots are awesome. And with maple syrup YUM!!! Plus the roasting takes them to another level. And mate the spin you had on that lemon, was the best one yet!😂🤣😂. Bless Kenji he is a very well behaved lad, and takes his time eating. He’s savoring the flavor of the chicken. All the best. Take care. Much love and hugs to you all. ❤️❤️❤️

  3. The carrots look beautiful and delicious. I guess I could use normal carrots and cut them into smaller pieces? It is hard to find these baby carrots in where I live. They are expensive if one can find them🙂 Kenji is soooo adorable!! ❤
