But, they can “cherry-pick” the penalties called to manipulate the game. It’s the penalties they don’t call that can make you question why and when they are called. Call it every time “it’s seen” or don’t call it at all.
For example, as a Patriots fan, I could tell they were going all the way in 2001. The referees might just as well been in Patriots jerseys…every game. The calls they were getting were so obviously bias…again as a die hard Patriots fan. The Brady tuck rule…come on guys. I still feel like that season destroyed the entire future of the Oakland Raiders franchise.
