For me, beards and red hats nowhere, blue hats everytwhere. On the other hand, already second moonshine from Ded Maroz !
They need to be found in raid, so taking them from PMC's who brought them in isn't an option.
I have killed dozens of scavs and have looted countless other bodies and have only managed to find 1 of each. I gave up on this quest.
