Spanj you really need to stop eating PB&J sandwiches during warpy warps. Jam on the system consoles can get you killed.

primary weapons bonusses only taken from 1st weapon in group… but applies to whole group… with components all apply (as each component is effectively it's own group)
For the armor, the grey is L6 vs L2 on the blue item
getting too close to pods will cause them to escape…. one of the many bugs 😉
perks with asterisk are active otherwise passive
you can run in stations without losing stamina
Steep learning curves… maybe you are having flashbacks to early Empyrion? Enough folks are getting this game I'm gonna suggest it will only get better from here.

Mission objectives never survive first contact with a warp jump apparently. The long warps should be familiar, like flying around the orbit of a planet in EGS.
Spanj – king of EA. What ever accent they chose for the text to speech makes everyone sound like pirates. Aaarg.

5:38 Spanj, you don't have to go to Atlas to see the location and potentially set the route. If you look at the section on the right, where's the small map it is called Location, on the bottom you have like System, ID, Owner, Security, Set Route and Show In Atlas, you can actually click on the icon to the right of Set Route, it will automatically set the route for you, you just need to open local map by pressing T, select star gate and go 😀

Suggestion regarding fighting and equipment: Try to be at least Tier 2 with Freelancers Guild and just go to purple shop and buy some weapons and ofc, try to find at least green and above (blue, purple, yellow) equipments for the ship.
For example, I am currently level 22 Pilot, I have all purple weapons (5 weapons and missile launcher) yes, my ship have 6 weapon slots but for now, we can only have 2 weapon groups. Anyway, I use 3 rail guns on group 1 for taking shields and 3 gattlings for taking the hull down, for example, at lvl 22 as pilot I fight like lvl 22 enemies. They have like almost 100K shield and similar is for hull, it takes me like 1-2 seconds to take the shields down and additional 2-3 seconds to kill the enemy. My equipment on the ship is mostly green and blue quality.
Anyway, great series, keep up great content and channel
The flying feels very floaty or is that just because it's video and not actually playing? Curious from those who have played.

@Spanj …I believe you can cancel the in-system warp opertion after calc but prior to engines by pressing 'B' default key for the warp navigation. 😉 ~ Fuji
You don't surrender your cargo to pirates. You kill them, loot them and capture their pods then smile all the way to the bank..

I'm a huge fan of this game and developer for even attempting this (again).
Quick tip, when jumping to new mission markers you can hit the location in your quest log and avoid searching for every single system.

I refunded the first Spacebourne last week, because the tutorial was broken. I don't have time to learn broken games, i might wait until S2 is more 'finished' and try it someday. It does look pretty.
