  7. Earning the disrespect one clown at a time. The one's that annoy me the most are the 'standby's' who refuse to do anything. The actual idiots cannot help themselves but the others have no excuse. This 'blue line' crap has got to end.

  8. 1) Cops were in the wrong here, obviously, and I think you'll prevail in your lawsuit, eventually.

    2) I'm still not sure how the debate on forbidding recording in certain areas is going to come out. It's the duty of the state to protect private information that they are dealing with and I have a feeling that courts will eventually make a rule that prohibiting recording will be allowable for that purpose. For example, counters where citizens are routinely presenting personal documents such as social security cards to conduct business. The entire room might have a ban on recording because of the sophistication of modern cameras.

    3) Keep doing what you're doing. While I disagree on point #2 here, government transparency is a good thing and I've seen nothing that singles out the bad cops and bad departments as effectively as 1st amendment audits.

  10. I rarely comment but have recently had a few things come to mind that may be applicable to situations like this and many other audits. When an officer is asked to identify, and they say ANYTHING other than their real legal name, that is indeed providing a false ID. Wright Hear, Cant You Read and Are You Blind are likely not actually on the payroll. Willfully and blatantly lying to and misleading the public is certainly conduct unbecoming of a sworn law enforcement officer. Perhaps there are legal ramifications ?? Another idea I have had is a new phrase to supplement the age old “walk of shame” which is accurate most of the time. Another description of cops being made to leave might be “ A COMPLETE DEFEAT
    RETREAT ! “ Any number of variations can be applied such as watching the frustrated cops
    “ After trying to cheat, they had to beatfeet a complete defeat retreat “ I applaud the work the auditors are doing and especially appreciate interactions minus vulgarity. I think these two ideas are fresh and would love to hear others thoughts and ideas on this matter.

  25. Moral is they got away with it off the taxpayers back because WE THE PEOPLE pay for their own crimes and nothing is ever done to the real paid criminal’s. Dalton Mayor,DA in GA, NY, DA they all have violated their oath, stole money from the Taxpayers and blatantly lie and commit perjury on affidavits and make up charges against a person who is supposedly innocent until Proven guilty. Yeah but they will steal your freedom and money and property before ever being PROVEN. Who’s going to hold them accountable and give them consequences the whole system is rigged and corrupt with a bunch of criminals and mentally insane people running it.
