The story of Ananias and Sapphira is one of the most odd, confusing and shocking stories in the Bible. This couple told a lie and immediately paid the ultimate consequence for it, death! At first glance this story does not make a lot of sense. Why did this have to happen? Why would God allow this to happen? And what can we learn from this really bad example?
