North Koreans marked the country’s 74th anniversary on September 9, 2022, by visiting statues of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il. The day before, state media reported the country had passed a law declaring itself an “irreversible” nuclear power. The move effectively eliminated the possibility of denuclearisation talks, tabled since 2019.

  3. Donald Trump made this possible through his love for dictators.
Trump needs to be muzzled and imprisoned before he is allowed to inflict even more damage on the United States and the world then he has already done.
Lock trump up and make the world safer.

  4. I don't understand why so many people judge the North Korea and worry about the people there. Just through the videos, North Korea is much better than most of country in Africa. People in NK may have less freedom but they living in a relatively clean environment and have enough food and medical supplies.

  6. I don't see why north Korea should denuclearize when the 2nd largest nuclear power actively threatens the nations very existence. The US actively violates its airspace yearly, it actively trains its troops on the north Korean border, and it has economically sanctioned north Korea's economy as well as politically vilified it.

  7. Its quite sad to see so many people in the comments praising and/or defending the actions of this crime state. I can bet 100% that everyone trying to defend NK in the comments wouldn't be praising it if they actually lived in NK.
