North Koreans marked the country’s 74th anniversary on September 9, 2022, by visiting statues of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il. The day before, state media reported the country had passed a law declaring itself an “irreversible” nuclear power. The move effectively eliminated the possibility of denuclearisation talks, tabled since 2019.

I don't understand why so many people judge the North Korea and worry about the people there. Just through the videos, North Korea is much better than most of country in Africa. People in NK may have less freedom but they living in a relatively clean environment and have enough food and medical supplies.

The US actively violates its airspace yearly, it actively trains its troops on the north Korean border, and it has economically sanctioned north Korea's economy as well as politically vilified it.
