  1. Fighters need three special upgrades
    Missiles
    More Missiles
    ALL THE MISSILES!!!!!!!!

    Wingmen need an overhaul as well.
    1) They need to do real damage and be able to kill enemies on their own.

    2a) they need to take real damage and have a chance of being shot down.
    2b When shot down you should get a rescue pilot mission. The pilot will be unavailable until you complete the mission.

    3) You need to be able to give basic orders to your wingmen
    3a) "Attack formation", fly close to leader (you) and attack the leader's target
    3b) "Defensive formation", fly behind leader and attack enemies attacking the leader
    3c) "Open formation" Attack near by enemies at will
    3d) "Order attack" attack a specified enemy even if the leader is not engaged (go fight those guys while I run away, very useful for players who hate combat)

    4) Join expedition; when forming a frigate expedition add a squadron member to increase the expeditions stats and give the squadron member experience.

    Hello Games seems to be stuck in the mindset that the player needs personally kill ever enemy and allies are just for show. This is super wrong and that idea must be purged even if it means beating someone with a stick until corrective action is taken.

    General combat improvement; when a ship is shot down in combat there should be a chance of a distress beacon popping up in the current system. When yo go to that site you can salvage the ship you shot down and read the log to learn about the bad life chooses they made before their death at your hands….

  2. 1 Slightly longer range of weapons say about "rendering distance" (at least in asteroid hunting, slight side note, I would like to see AI probes in my ships/freighter inventory (we built and AI for our walker and we hade a mission for living ships so this technology could be gained in a similar way ) doing the mining even when I am on mission, also would love to go on first person mining myself on larger asteroids with pockets of life or perhaps strange alien style eggs with face loving embrace needs Alien style).

    2 Hardpoint for missiles on the outside (you have to land freighters or friendly land bases to re-arm). Different types, one destroys shields, other damage, jamming ones and flares to disrupt incoming enemy missiles.

    3 Systems inhabited by two species at war and you choose side (epic space battles fighters but also between your freighter and enemy freighters) PvE style (player initialize alone, with friends or in a randomly generated player lobby in the Nexus).

    3a PvP possible of course, me not a fan of that, as I like explore alone and co op gamming.

    4 First tactical play from bridge (each players freighter are rendered in this battle zone) and then you leave, your captains take over, and join the epic dogfights in your fighter in space.

    5 If your ship is destroyed you can eject in catapult (miss window of opportunity you are dead see no 5 down under) into space and have to use your jump pack and try to reach nearest friendly freighter, enter it and re spawn your fighter.

    5a If you are killed in fighter or space you re spawn at nearest freighter (friendly an not friendly freighters). If re spawn in enemy freighter you have to fight your way out (derelict freighter style) to reach either flight deck to steal an enemy ship or reach a drop pod (goes down to friendly or enemy planet of course).

  3. At a minimum we need to be able to paint our ships, and with that we should be able to add a kill count decal. Every 10 ships killed gets us a yellow tick mark, every 50 an orange, and every 100 a red. We should be able to display it on every ship, regardless of type, as the kills go to the pilot. As far as squadron members, if anything, we should have less with fighters and more with something like an explorer. I have a harder time fighting in an explorer than a fighter, so I'd need more squadron members to assist. I like the idea of being able to pickup a bounty without going to the station first, maybe when you enter a system there should be a beacon of sorts that transmits bounty data.

  4. I disagree with 4 wingmen only for fighter ships.

    I use my hauler to go raid fleets and I need my wingmen to protect me. My hauler has guns and great shields but is slow and cumbersome. I'd die without the wingmen.

I finished expedition 8 and I was wondering when I update my fighter I can't find any 15 fire rate in positron modules , all I get is 6 or 7 fire rate…. is that the way is now , did any update cause this …. I would like to know so I try to fix it , I just like to know the truth….. LOVE YOU VIDEOS AND THANK YOU ,,, I HAVE LEARNT LOTS ….. 😁😁👍👍😎😎🚀🚀🏅🏅

  6. I would actually disagree with the wing-men part. The other classes would be more likely to need the help to defend them. like a hauler having a fighter escort for protection.

  7. There needs to be actual outlaw freighter fights that are exempt from the factions and you can reverse scan for cargo and claim it as a bounty reward. But only on fighter class. They should have the ability to place mod in cargo for more weapon tech. On a side note they need to some how arrange the weapons so theyre in order to your liking, when you toggle them. My fighter is all weapons.

  8. I agree with keeping the cargo slots on fighters down. All my fighters have about 5-6 slots because its not a hauler. In the cargo slots of all my fighters I keep the essential standard loadout of 5 warp cells, 6 repair kits, a load of tritium usually 1,000 units, defense chit, and 3 batteries all standard on my starships.

I do like the fighters pretty much as they are as well, your mission ideas I think are interesting as with the other videos, if I had HGs ear and would make a suggestion it would be to add an additional weapon tech exclusive to the fighters for 1 more adjacency bonus and make the fighter truly the king of weapons, maybe a superior targeting system for each one making it harder to cause friendly fire.
