I haven't even tried to get one yet I've been too busy working on my new save on Steam. But the fact that it took you 40 minutes to pulse through that system to get it is total BS. This shouldn't take more than a minute or two after everything you go through to get it hopefully they'll fix it

Yeah, I got 26 onto one save, I crashed twice to bluescreen after summoning my freighter so just warped away afterwards. I also ended up with 56,000 Tritium from shooting asteroids trying to hunt for the Anomaly Detectors lol. Some of those encounters took 50 odd minutes, some were 30 odd minutes, 2 were the first encounter after starting pulsing. I plan on keeping an old type Trade, Combat and Exploration and Industrial frigate, but Not a Support frigate. Some of the new Organic frigates appear to be Support frigates but if they are fed a combination of plants like Heptaloid wheat or Jade peas or Pulpy root or similar such plants as well as Meat the stats can be reset and depending what type of food I was able to get the type of Organic frigate I wanted. Each Organic frigate had a different response to the same foods, so I have no idea how it works, I was just able to experiment until it got the results I wanted 🙂

yiiikes that looks just like a giant facehugger the lite tail and dark body on it like the ones in Alien vs Predator requiem, oh froakkiemomma that blows 40 minutes gaaaahhhh i knew something was up it kept showing your laser firing from your ship light effects, and cool Rancor looks like from the book of Boba Fett the one that Danny Trejo brings to Boba in the series, freakking awesomes saw that on Twitter last night the one ahving him hold the atlas pass hehe but i know how you feel Captain of the Steves i bought 2 more frigates and they magically disappeared im going it is doing this again Again.
Captain Steve, how could you?????? After all that time it took you to get the dream aerial, how could you forget to mention that you need it? Also, don't forget that if yoou already have 30 frigates, you can't recruit a space whale. You have to dismiss one of your existing frigates to make a slot for it. Also, you can only get one from each system. it works for as many as you want, but when you get back to the freighter, there's only one there, so they stole all the money you paid for the others.
Almost every time I go farther than a few minutes from the space station and try to use my freighter, I crash or glitch my game – after my first whale I glitched through the floor of the freighter and had to use my manual save which was almost two hours earlier. I highly recommend you warp to another system, then summon your freighter and save.
Going rate for the 5 S Class Living Frigates I picked up was 25 to 50 million. Each time I went hunting I installed new Dream Aerial next to Anomaly Detector but not sure if this helped. Most I waited was 5 minutes or so. Remember you will only get 1 per system.
Great video! On my first venture out to get my first anomaly detector whale, it took me about 14 minutes. I called in my freighter, and while I was able to land and get out, I teleported up to the bridge and went into the buildable, and promptly went through the floor. I managed to somehow go into the ceiling and installed a ladder to take me back down into the freighter. Then, my head decided to start sliding off my body. lol All kinds of buggy at the edge of the solar system!
i tried to add my leviathan to another save and it says added but i cannot see the leviathan frigate in the freighter fleet. is this a bug?
Old saves will have more bugs. Multiple updates on an old save are going to eventually damage the file and cause bugs and glitches. I do wish people would stop blaming HG when it's AN OLD SAVE! Victor Meldrew over and out. Ha ha

Guys, I need help! Suddenly, from yesterday to today, ALL my gas extractors are broken (offline).
Everything worked yesterday. Today suddenly ALL gas extractors – on several planets – are broken ("offline"). All storage containers are empty. On one planet, the message "Pipeline capacity reached" comes up, but the storages are empty. I haven't changed anything.Nothing. What's going on there?
I've been having that same bug too since the last patch with the landing gear not deploying and being stuck in the air. End up having to reload the save.
Running out of fuel is precise to the reason I exclusively use solar ships for whale hunting
@captainSteve I would highly recommend people to NOT use the large refiners on their freighters. I put a stack of mould in each of 2 refiners then forgot to pull them out before logging off. when I logged in one was empty and the second one have 2200 chromatic metal in it. So I added another stack of mould to one and started it. then exited and turned to the other one where I put it in and exited before starting the process so I went back into it to start it and it was empty. I went to the first refiner and it too was empty.
You should try feeding your organic frigates "interstellar fancy" it increases ship bonuses, not stats. Much more effective imo.
I like the living frigates. I like feeding them different foods to change their stats. Another project for Xaine to issue a recipe list for them I guess…

Im on the search for a system that has a first wave spawn for the living frigates. Just like condensed stellar ice and deralicts, im sure they exist.
I learned that, after you get a Living Frigate, you should call in your freighter, then pulse away for a few seconds and call in your freighter again, then land in it. If you don't call it in twice to two different spots, you'll usually end up with a weird glitch like you had where you couldn't land. I've had it where I'd land, get out, fall through the floor and no amount of reloading fixed it. I've also had it where my crew are hovering above the floor, or sunk into the floor, and I couldn't interact with any terminals because they were somehow offset. If I called my freighter in twice, usually it worked. Sometimes I'll warp to another system, then call in my freighter, to avoid glitches. I don't know why we're still having so many issues with freighters 6 years after launch, but they just can't seem to fix them.
I think my save is glitched out. I found my first one and I’ve searched for at least 6 hours and haven’t found another.
Update: I pulsed for around 35 minutes straight before finding my next one. Just have to watch videos on your phone while keeping an eye on nms.
