New World did it again. Our beloved fished up treasure chests might have just got hit with the nerf hammer. Hotspot respawn timers have also been changed. Finally, I cracked the code on what water depth actually does. All this and a little bit more today at Dynomega’s Fishing School!

Hi, been following your guide to the Fishing quest line, lvl 45 6k life, can't find a way to crawl to shattered mountain, anything aggro's me i'm done, I'll wait till I'm an higher level, unless you have a guide to your route, I've tried several times(20+), even crawling/crouching, any tips?

I don't know… but for some reason this took the fun of fishing out for me… It shouldn't since fishing is still the same, but the fact of the treasure chest change and that I now get afk kicked while fishing is just ridiculous.
It's minor but had a big enough impact to the point that I won't fish anymore. Who knows what else will be shadow nerfed?
How do you create the "Combine with other legendary fish to create the ultimate fishing trophy" trophy?

Does anyone know why my line will sometimes keep reeling in and snap when I get into the orange? Like I will let go of my mouse and it still reels in and snaps my line.
