It's good that you left the "Oh shit" moments in. Videos usually edit those out to make it look like it's a cake walk every time, when in reality, stuff goes wrong sometimes. It's better to know when and how to deal with it, so it's good it's in the video.

thanks for the guide! for anyone having issues triggering the gate like me, you can ignore shooting the add and use fire staff to go across the rocks in the safe area, then you can just climb up and over the wood fence

have you noticed, that reek elite chest run mostly drops heavy armor? i was showing my friend this run, and he noticed aswell, its like 95% heavy armor.
10:26 you can stand on this spot next to the 3 boxes, snipe the NPC above the wall (she can hit you with her grenades), but then u have to de-aggro all the NPCs in front of the wall on the roof u showed us
11:27 in the hut there is a provision chest that can be picked up from the behind (free recipes if lucky)
11:58 You can dive under the deck in between those 2 boats, it might not be the safest, but it works.
