Definitely thinking about picking them up, was waiting to see what kind of list your guest brought.
One thing that you can do with Morghast Archai is throw them in Mortis Praetorians. They're big bases and can fly – in this metagame where people are taking heavy infantry and juicing them up, you can counter charge with Morghasts. Re-roll the charge as needed, fly over your units and tag the death star unit on one of their ends to hinder their pile-ins. With their aura, they'll not be able to All Out Attack/All Out Defense and with the halberds can do some good rend, high damage attacks. With their ward, you can save the command ability for the unit you want to survive and not worry about them too much!

I think this book is a few tweaks away from being a perfect book IMO. It feels like OBR should feel with the high command point structure and abilities to adapt to situations on the fly. It feels powerful but by buffing your own stuff and not taking away from the enemy so much you won't create too much negative play experiences which is always nice. Also the healing factor is awesome. They have been hampering it for death armies lately and to me a good death army should be about that grinding attrition fight and OBR captures that perfectly.
I could go on for days about it but overall I think this book is amazing and everything I wanted from it. Yes, the faction could do with more units etc, etc buut with what it has I think this is nail on the head and again, a few tweaks away from being perfect for that OBR play and feel! 🙂
At Ross how do you put 2 Stalkers and Immortis back in 1 turn? You can only rezz 1 back in each unit?

I only wish they added some new units to OBR. Another Batteline unit, chariot or fast cav.
I like this video a lot. But i am missing the hail to Katakros. IMO he is a mustpick in every list! He is such a excellent support unit and can even fight if he has to. His "Hold my beer" ability crushes enemy heroes. When he is in combat with a hero and an other uni he can even swing against that other unit. Change my mind, but as written above he should be part in every list. I was shocked not to see him in the crematorian list.

Unless I'm reading the rules wrong, Nagash's 5+ ward save aura means OBR units can get a 4+ ward save with the +1 Ward Save roll CA.
Still not quite enough to justify his cost, but it makes a frontline unit a COMPLETE pain in the ass to deal with.
LoL its not a 5-0 army but immortis are to efficient. Sure nerf the only unit in the book that is slightly undercosted while the rest of the army costs over 200 pts.
