据近期明慧网报道中说上述修炼法轮功的劳动模范们，来自社会各行业，在工作和生活中，用真、善、忍来严格要求自己，遇到矛盾、问题找自己，为他人着想、与人为善。他们可以说得上是社会的中流砥柱，本应受到当地民众及全社会的尊敬和礼待，但却遭到江泽民犯罪集团和中共的残酷镇压迫害，被当地政法委、610特务组织绑架、非法关押（或强制洗脑迫害）、非法劳教、非法判刑甚至被迫害致死。
自一九九九年七月，江泽民犯罪集团和中共发动迫害以来，在中国大陆发生“劳动模范”遭迫害，至少有18人被迫害致死，48人次被非法判刑迫害，40人次被非法劳教迫害，178人次遭绑架迫害。这里仅摘录部分迫害案例：
全国劳模、人大代表朱颖被迫害致死。朱颖，河南省新乡市总工会干部，她曾是全国劳动模范，全国人大代表，全国总工会委员。二零零四年因得卵巢癌做手术，为使身体康复，二零零五年开始修炼法轮大法，从此身体健康。然而在修炼法轮大法的这五年的时间里，朱颖曾三次被绑架迫害。二零一零年九月二十七日，朱颖被新乡市红旗分局东大街派出所警察魏光雷等人绑架到看守所迫害，于十一月三十日凌晨四点左右被迫害致死，时年53岁。她的遗体十二月二日被强行火化。
李效元，家住辽宁沈阳市，是沈飞第一模具厂的优秀技工，二十多年的劳模，人人敬佩的好技工，很受同事尊敬。中共迫害法轮功后，李效元因坚持法轮大法信仰，三次被绑架、两次被非法劳教。二零零二年五、六月间，李效元被张士教养院秘密转押到辽宁关山教养院加重迫害。二零零三年十一月九日，传来李效元的死讯，时年46岁。劳教所称是自杀。一个好好的人为什么会自杀？有知情者证明，李效元遗体的两腿和腹部等多处受伤。
黑龙江省电力系统劳动模范任鹏武疑被活摘器官。任鹏武是哈尔滨第三火力发电厂技术员，一九九六年开始修炼法轮功，他工作出色，曾多次被评为先进工作者、五好青年、岗位标兵、工厂劳动模范和黑龙江省电力系统劳动模范等。二零零一年二月十六日晚，任鹏武在散发大法真相传单被警察绑架，在呼兰县公安局遭受残酷折磨，二零零一年二月二十一日一早被迫害致死，时年32岁。任鹏武的遗体被从咽喉至小便处的皮肤割开，身体器官全部被摘取。狱方为掩盖罪恶，托词尸检，并强行火化遗体，自始至终未经家属同意。
丁国旺，河南项城新桥镇法轮功学员，曾是闻名全国的劳动模范。他于一九九七年十月开始修法轮大法，不到半年时间，脑血管硬化、高血压等病症一扫而光，满面红光，走路生风，跟年轻人一样。一九九九年七月中共江泽民政治流氓集团开始迫害法轮功。丁国旺二零零一年九月十一日在天安门金水桥上将“法轮大法好”的横幅高高举起，大声呼喊“法轮大法好”。他被警察绑架，被劫持到北京团河劳教所非法劳教一年半，不到一年，他浑身长疮，没有一块好地方，一大队大队长每天指使几个壮汉把他按倒在地打针。至二零零三年三月十三日出狱时，丁国旺表现出精神失常症状，语无伦次，甚至偏瘫，不会说话，大小便失禁，生活不能自理，于二零零八年四月二十日含冤离世，时年65岁。
宋玉莲，原湖北省襄樊大棉纺（也叫襄棉集团）职工，省级劳动模范。中共迫害法轮功后，宋玉莲遭到绑架、关押、判刑等迫害。二零零二年十月，宋玉莲被襄樊市人民路派出所（原襄棉集团保卫部）所长韩科军等警察绑架，后被非法判刑三年，在湖北省女子监狱遭强制洗脑迫害，于二零零四年一月十日被迫害成脑溢血，湖北女监狱警遂将奄奄一息的宋玉莲送回家，家中无一亲人在场，在场的只有襄樊市“610”、襄樊市公安局及当时的湖北襄棉保卫科人员。襄樊市公安局警察让湖北女监狱警回去，说这里由他们来处理，但女监狱警不走，说这个人不能留下，要看着她死了再走。八天后，宋玉莲于二零零四年一月十八日死于家中，时年52岁。
黄秀英，61岁，满族，宁夏回族自治区人大代表，自治区劳模、市劳模、全国劳模、全国劳动奖章获得者，多次电视报纸报道的先进生产者，多次多年被国家、自治区市评出的模范人物。二零零三年五月中旬，黄秀英被绑架，后遭非法判刑三年，在银川市女子监狱被迫害的不成人样。
全国劳动奖章获得者王燕欣遭非法劳教、判刑。王燕欣，现年59岁，曾在佳木斯百货大楼工作了二十多年，人称微笑天使，作为一名销售部门主管，她连续多年被评为省、市级先进个人、劳动模范标兵、十佳营业员、大商集团总部特模、全国劳动奖章获得者，她是百货大楼从总经理到普通员工，人人有口皆碑的好人。佳木斯《三江晚报》记者曾对她做过专访报道，称她是“三江平原上的一颗明珠；黑土地上人民的骄傲；百货大楼崛起的希望”曾荣获省、市级“劳动模范”、“特等劳动模范”，王燕欣说，她对自己、对工作、对顾客所持的态度，是获益于法轮大法师父的著作《转法轮》的教诲。二零零六年二月二十日下午一点，王燕欣在工作岗位被向阳公安分局国保警察绑架，并被非法劳教一年。二零一四年十二月十七日，王燕欣等法轮功学员遭非法庭审，王燕欣被非法判刑两年。

I am beyond glad that repeals for stand your ground laws has failed largely. Many of these laws have wording to reflect threats perceived by a reasonable person would be considered life threatening. Just because people shoot others then claim stand your ground as a defense to keep from going to jail, doesn’t necessarily mean causation. All of these cases have to go to a grand jury for indictment to precede to trial. That means a group of citizens have been selected to listen to cases, evidence, laws, and deliberate on what is brought before them. From there they decide if it contains evidence to pass on a true bill, kick it out as a no bill, or add their own indictment. Most states have requirements for a true bill/no bill, for example, Arizona’s grand jury requires at least 9 people to agree to have a quorum. The bar to pass a true bill is probable cause (51% 9 out of 16) agree there is evidence to support that a crime was committed and it was committed by the accused.
I say this because when you hear the news spout facts without giving any background on the facts to further their story and grip the crowd.
When they say that x amount of cases of white shoots black vs black shoots white and gets off under stand your ground/tries to use it as a defense. That all of those cases had to be voted on based on what ACTUAL EVIDENCE is brought forward, so if there is an underlying issue, it’s more than likely the people in that grand jury, open interpretation of laws, and in some cases racists are the root. Rarely is it because we need new laws or to repeal current laws.
