After the tornado, I realize I need more batteries. The big dome build will need it!
Survive and colonize Mars in a highly technical, open-world sandbox game. Build and upgrade your base, discover new regions, conduct mining operations, retrieve water, generate oxygen, grow crops, and fix broken parts.

You can monitor your whole base using the radar.
As a matter of redundancy would it be better to have solar/batteries on multiple sides of the base? That way if one was hit the others would still be suppling power. I know that water is game restricted to one area but water storage would be something to think of putting on multiple sides of the base as well. Anyway just a thought I think you're doing a great job learning as your go. I just thought I'd share my thoughts.
Really good episode. You can never have enough battery packs. I would like to see you driving back to see the terrain and you never know what you’ll come across – I think 5 or 6 original Mars rovers are somewhere out there, and a drone helicopter. I’ve found one Mars rover. In fact I’d like to see you fly there too, cos I really need to pluck up the courage to get my wings out the storage. I’ve crashed multiple times, usually my own fault, but also often due to game lag. Seeing others fly gives me the knowledge and confidence.
On the large rock crusher you can make lots of stuff like wall signs etc
The O2 in your main base is in the yellow, is that a concern? I’m not sure how it works, I just started watching your series on this, will you need more oxygen esp with the big domes?
Why the medium dome is left, would be better to remove it and build big one.
Would the rover containers be a better option for storage. Print it on the big rock crusher fit it to the rover then unload it somewhere near the base.
your airlock not working has nothing to do with oxygen, look at the display, it's equalizing the pressure, if you use the manual opening you can end up with a wrong pressure and in the worse case die or get the pressure sickness (divers get that when the are to quick to get to the surface) but that is not in game.
I just had a thoguht but if the developers could add like a co-op design to this game that would be sick. Like you and a group of friends. Would make it fun. Like a group of 5-10 people for example, and you would have to build a base and survive and stuff like that. I thought it would be a cool addition to this game. I mean who doesn't like a survival game with friends lmao.
I don't see the death wish coffe beans and estivia plants, my Usual astronaut needs his basics to work properly, what kind of Terraforming company is this!? ditch them Usual! hahaha 😉 take care, Cheers!
My apple trees go from the incubator to the dome and they grow just fine. Make sure you have your soil level high then try to plant them. I do the same with all my plants. I only use the field with smaller plants and the shelves for potatoes.
The reason you keep running outta power is because you are essentially running off of one battery. Adding battery packs don’t really matter if you don’t feed them directly into the transformer.
Di you ever play 7D2D? Alpha 21 is out next week.
