Quicksilver Storm has the best audio when firing it. It is honestly my new favorite exotic primary weapon.

I’m not quite sure if I’d call strand titan a full on melee subclass. There is a lot of punching but we use A lot of our other abilities almost as soon as they become available.

I’ve been a titan main since week 2 of destiny 1 (started off as a hunter). When I saw the new titan I went back to hunter. I’m tired of no super at a distance. Everything is up close and personal which sucks for end game stuff. Plus the stupid looking crab arms, no thanks.
My strand titan feels insanely tanky, half the time my screen is straight chaos shaking and flashing from all the gun fire. I have 20 mobility,100 resil 100 recov, 100 dis, 24 int and 50 str. Probably the most stacked stats of anyone lol
I like to use Punchocepts because I like to get close and personal with the enemy.
yes please on a D2 armor picker tutorial. Then I’ll finally use it to optimize my builds because I’m too lazy to go on there myself and figure it out
I'm loving strand as a Titan .
I found strand titan lacking in difficult content with open areas. It is extremely durable and potent as long as you can lock down all enemies in front of you and take cover to regen – otherwise, the chip damage, even with woven mail on, will eventually and inadvertedly bring you down to zero. Recuperation does help, but reliably making orbs in hard content is difficult, and chasing them in the chaos of battle is a bad feeling.
Berserker performs especially good in areas with linear progression (like legend lost sectors). It struggles a lot against bosses, though. The strand titan kit simply has nothing to counteract bosses, since suspend does not work (it would be ridiculous if it did), melee does pitiful damage, and the super is rather not a DPS monster, most of the time when soloing content my only option was to pray there's cover I can use and the boss won't force me to move, or otherwise it's chasing orbs to survive. I would lean into the opinion that in fact, Titan Strand is a glass cannon build

Titan Strand is barely better than Stasis, all the light subclasses are still better. Solar or Void is literally an order of magnitude above Strand, Stasis and even Arc. It's fun, but this is mainly an LFG game, you ain't carrying shit with Strand and if I used the super on a boss in a LFG dungeon or a raid, I'd not be surprised if the other people just left because I was blocking their shots. A bad team I'll solo with Void or Solar, a good team I'll use Arc for more damage. Stasis and Strand are for patrol fuckery, nothing else.
AHA! 11:28 "You're not unkillable". Even Datto agrees that the unkillable subclasses, Void and Solar, are superior, clearly.
It is still stupid…..warlock and hunter are obviously more blessed and also main issue is the roaming super and also Titan is weaker then Warlock now as far as resilience lol.

Edit: My dumbass took the stasis helmet instead of the legs, but I’m not able to do legend lost sectors yet and really want the new legs

with “into the fray”, destroying tangles no longer gives me woven mail. idk if it’s a bug or they changed it in the update bc of how it’s worded. it gives my fireteam mail but not me.
IDK I'm using synthoceps and Monte Karlo With strand. It allows me to regen my super in 1,5 minutes, generate 100+ orbs per strike, always have a woven mail on me, have infinite grenades of any type and desintegrate everything on my path

no chance, its funny how you think titan is at the top. but really its at the bottom. it has no damage. nobody sees strand titans in the wild because it suks, but i see hunter and warlock strand all the time. ive built all 3 classes with max and the titan is dog sht on strand.

Would you be able to show some solo boss damage strand builds?? It’s a lot of fun to play for ad clear/waves, but I find it lacking for bosses which makes me end up switching away to something with either more damage or survivability.
