The Biggest Washing & Curing Machine from Elegoo is here. A must have tool for Resin 3D Printing, specially for big models. How does it compare to the X Bundle?

Thanks Elegoo for sending the Mercury 3 Plus for me to review!
This is NOT a sponsored video. I didnβt pay for the sample unit.
Saturn 4 and 4 Ultra owners: this new bucket finally fits your build-plate, if you like to wash the parts together with the plate. π
This new Mercury 3 Plus is my recommendation for anyone starting on Resin 3D Printing. You probably donβt need two separate machines β removing the bucket from the base and inserting the turn-table to cure can be done in seconds. And when you finish, it is very compact to put away. And the curing volume is insanely big.
Of course, having two separate units is awesome if you have the space.

Vou procurar uma pra comprar…Build plate from Saturn 3 Ultra fits well right?
Iβm missing Arduino projects π’
I wish I would have a good ventilated space for resin 3D printing. So much new possibilities. Looks like Elegoo have several great solutions with a good price /quality ratio.
I was JUST looking at these! Thank you!
We just received and we love it too! And be able to grab the basket without getting your gloves full of IPA… What a pleasure!
Hi ! Thanks for the review ππΌ
Does it clean the S4U build plate thoroughly? Or do you still have to clean it afterwards?
The external extension port is likely for a handheld UV light to cure inside models. My Mercury Plus came with one.
This is great! But it doesn't address the problem of needing a MASSIVE space to print with. It stores down in a smaller area, but I still have to have enough room for the bucket, base and lid at all times while I'm printing. I have the Saturn 2, so I need to have room for that lid as well. It's still a big improvement and I'll buy it when I upgrade… assuming the Saturn 5 fits in it π
Valeu!
Congratulations son, greatly done once more! Love it!
slightly annoyed that this got released only days after i got my saturn 4 ultra lol
Really good break down of pros and cons – thank you
I use to wash my prints attached to the build plate, but I did notice a problem. Below the supports, that section remains not washed. I decided to remove everything from the build plate and then wash the prints in the metal basket. The first wash and cure you can adjust how deep you want the build plate to be
But does it fit the Jupiter build plate?
I rarely watch videos in English, I'm French, but the same one without subtitles I can decipher, really very good guyππ. I subscribe to see even more
have you used the sunlu ultrasonic cleaner and/or the v2 sunlu curing station? if so, are they any good?
I am in disagreement with you when it comes to washing pieces on your plate. For one, every time I print something there is some residual resin left along the top edges of my build plate. Placing a plate into the IPA bucket just introduces more loose resin into the bucket and with as much printing as I do you're just going to be adding tons of resin into a reservoir where you just want alcohol. You're going to introduce so much resin into the bucket eventually that after the cycle is over all of those loose particles of resin that are floating in the water are going to land on your print and then when you take it out and cure it you're going to have all these little speckles on your print.
