Margit, the Fell Omen Boss Fight (No Damage) [Elden Ring]

Elden Ring – Margit, the Fell Omen Boss Fight (No Damage Taken) / Margit, the Fell Omen No Damage Boss Fight Guide / Tutorial / How To Beat Margit, the Fell Omen Elden Ring. Just a quick video showing the Margit, the Fell Omen boss fight in Elden Ring. Details below.

Another very fun fight, toned down a little bit from the network test and feels like the iframes a little more forgiving. But fundamentally the same fight and timings for most things. You can just bait a couple of attacks to play it safe, and punish by getting 3-4 hits in during those (the two big charge up attacks).

Any major story spoilers won’t be shown on the channel, outside of boss names and boss pictures (except for those with major story spoilers or implications / final boss). If you’re worried about seeing an image and names of random bosses during the game then I apologise, but every single other channel covering the game is also doing the same. So it wouldn’t make sense trying to avoid posting boss names when uploading these. Will go through all of the bosses with no damage, and post location guides or anything else in between.

  1. A lot of people asking about the damage here, all it is down to is a +3 weapon. I'm only around level 15 here, but the +3 weapon makes a big difference. You can easily get enough Smithing Stones to get a +3 upgrade in about 5 minutes, here's where: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCnlyDzpmmU

Also, the strategy used here will work no matter what level or weapon upgrade you have. Punish the same attacks I do and dodge the rest, and it will be very safe boss fight. As shown here in a level 1 Wretch no damage clear: https://youtu.be/0Q2D1ZekJsM

  2. Margrit is definitely a boss that rewards patients and/or timing (as he is parryable) all of his moves can be exploited in some way but its when he strikes the ground is the best time to hit him with your all.

  3. So to force him to not perform any of his literally unavoidable combos in the second phase you need only to keep him in semi distance and that's enough. For fuck sake. I've wasted 2 hours desperately trying to survive these.xD

  4. One of the best boss animations imo, it punishes you a lot by being greedy and spam rolling, because his attacks are deceptively slow and delayed, mixed with his fast sword attacks. Miyazaki you evil dog 🙂

  5. I also did it nohit with similar strategy. But honestly it doesnt feel that good. I hate these cheap fast combos that cant be dodged on reaction so the only consistant way is to keep the distance and wait for the same like 3 moves, and it seems like the game loves doing that..you were even lucky that he didnt start the bullshit moves immediately after you dared to punish the hammer jump 2 times. It was a very good fight nonetheless, gg.

  6. a good tip
if you block the attack at 1:57, he brings down his sword to hit you again. you can cheese this by rotating around him and he doesnt rotate fast enough and just hits the air lmao. you can get easy 4 hits after he brings down the sword.

  7. It's like a skill checkpoint to see if you can figure out how to cast a summon. They are not one use items people. Get to phase 2 (no problem) cast summon, medium difficulty boss fight. Shouldn't have taken me all day when the tutorial comes up how to cast a summon for boneheads in the pre-fight corridor. If you're a caster and you farm for a +3 weapon you should probably level the staff.
