  1. Couldn't really play this game, personally. Had some nice ideas, but when its online only and they don't have a decent server for every country, its kinda shit to play Singleplayer with 200ms lag.

  2. The setting is great, but survival game for Victorian-esque era is…an odd combination.

Also imo live service gear score does NOT mesh well with survival mechanics.

  3. You know a game is bad when not even Criken can make it engaging. It was a good effort Criken, but the game looks so simple. It's like they took the worst parts of gear scores and worst parts of survival and added an umbrella.

  4. The footage of this game is really not that great, but I don't know if it's because the recording/streaming quality is set at a low resolution and frame rate, or if it's because Criken's computer isn't handling the game too well, or if it's just not all that well optimized (which wouldn't be out of the question for an early access title). There are parts, especially at the automaton fight, that are hard to watch.

  5. It's a pity how this game turned out. My interest in playing it was absolute zero from the moment they announced it, given it was a generic survival crafting game, but the setting, lore and aesthetic had some potential to make it worth watching. Some of the visuals are still fairly cool (heh), but everything else is so fucked that I'd be surprised if the game's anything but dead on arrival – and any interesting content or story seems to be buried too deep beneath the live service crust for it to be worth watching…

  6. Another minecraft clone that failed. You'd think these survival game creators would stop, but people keep buying them for some reason despite being absolutely terrible. Halo 1 had better visuals and gameplay.
