  1. …Casey…lettuce is NOT supposed to be slimy by ANY MEANS. Odds are, you got a bad, possibly rotten, piece of lettuce wherever you got it from previously. Have your partner get you a piece of GOOD lettuce and see the difference. That’s all.

  2. Can't wait for part 5 to come out! I beat this game on Saturday, literally took me a day to beat since I got my copy on Friday. Such a beautiful game. Definitely the best Sonic game in the entire franchise so far.

  3. I got the chicken Big Mac and didn’t like it. It smelled like the fish fillet which I’m not a fan of, but the breaded chicken and the third bread wasn’t ideal for me. That being said, I’ll get a mchicken with Mac sauce and it is so good. We have spicy McChicken here and it’s so good with Mac sauce.

  4. Casey was actually great in Kingdom Valley for a newcomer! Congrats! Makes me want her to try Forces even more, it would be more her speed.
The menu has a Q&A option if you guys ever forget or wanna practice any of the commands and movesets for Shadow. One cool one that directly adresses Ian's previous critique of the movement is the Quick Slide, an extension of the shoulder buttons's Side Step. By holding either of them, Shadow uses his Air Shoes to slide to either left or right, helping him make more precise and sharper turns, like the drift for Sonic but even more maneuverable and free-form for the Open Zone(Stickman Guides has a great video tutorial for it, aswell as for one of the next Doom Powers, which i believe will be a challenge for Ian initially).
Please keep playing this game till the end, and then play the original Generations afterwards too!

  5. Genuinely one of the reasons I don't have an Xbox is because I've only really played on Switch and Playstation and I don't have enough brain capacity to learn another button layout. It might be different if Xbox used different symbols, but the fact that they also use ABXY like the Nintendo but in a different configuration? I'd never press the right button.

  6. I don't know if my original comment didn't post or what but I'm rewriting it so I might have missed some things. (I only noticed it was gone because I wanted to reword something.)

The Sonic 06 levels in this game really make me wish we got a non-rushed version of 06. I think that game could have been really good but they were forced to push it out for an anniversary. (I don't think the story could have been saved though.) It makes me excited to try Project-06 though. One person decided they wanted to remake the game and fix it up and I've only heard good things about it. I think they are almost done with it and that might be a good stream/one-off part.

I think it's a good reminder to see that some people don't have the buttons memorized. It's good to remember that some of the things I find easy might not be for people that don't just play games all the time. To the point I said that the S ranks were easy but for others they might as well be impossible.

Big has some great lines that you really should see. So please make sure to talk to him any time he has that text bubble above his head.

This game is almost identical to Bowser's Fury in many ways. The main difference was the marketing, I barely saw anything about Sonic Generations remaster (remake?) where with Mario I always knew it was Super Mario 3D World with a bonus game being Bowser's Fury.

Maria has a completely made up disease so all we know about it is that low gravity environments help her. They are outside of space and time so to her it probably is still a low gravity environment.

  7. we wanna talk about strange tangents, then this is the episode for it lol, i don't think i'm used to ian being the one talking at length (as in not a side comment that initiates a back and forth with casey) about something totally and utterly unrelated to whats happening in the game. i feel like i've been conditioned to expect him to get self conscious about not being able to stay entertaining while casey is the one focused on gaming or steps away from the mic lol

  8. how does one stop impulsively heckling on the internet? genuine question. it feels like holding in a cough and it gets more and more uncomfortable the longer its held without an outlet lmao. like its baked into me to be an insufferable critic
