Something to keep in mind with Valdor though is that Custodes are known to get slower and weaker with age. Not necessarily noticeable to a human, but enough that they return their armor and become spies.

From this video and extensive reading of the comments, in a serious fight, he has a chance at winning 1v1 against the weaker primarchs.
Weather he is strictly stronger than any of them in any way is sort of unclear.
I’d never say he would win absolutely against any of them, but he would be considered an actual challenge/fight against any primarch. Which for a non Primarch is pretty freakin bonkers.

How tall are the primarchs really? This guy NutBug put alpharius as the shortest primarch at 9 feet, but you mentioned 11 feet? What are some good sources for primarch size?

If Valdor and Alpharius were almost equal im their fight, then Valdor could not beat Rogal Dorn who kicked Alspharius butt.
I don't think he's can beat a primach. I remember listening to a horus heresy novel where the khan and him were both fighting together, and it was said that jaghati was on another level to everyone, including valdor. I think they were defending the last space port on Terra

Valdor is massively impressive but Sanguinius has feats that make Valdor look average but he is the best warrior of the Primarch's.

When valdor fought alpharius he was in his armor while alpharius was not
