Money , health and family have no effect on severe depression . I lost my father to suicide when I was 21 and he was 50, I spent a lot of time trying to rationalise it , I now realise it's almost impossible to predict and only preventable with communication.
This is so hard for me to wrap my head around that he committed suicide. He was always smiling and so full of life. He adored his wife, kids mother etc. He had such a picture perfect life. Just goes to show you can have a perfect life and still be suffering in silence on the inside. Those poor babies will never be the same again. They need all the support we can give them at this time. May our higher power heal the shattered hearts of his loved ones. Rest in Paradise Twitch 💫
