Just a quick tip, you can break blocks to gather resources, then use some of those resources to make shelter, food, tools and weapons which would've been a great help! 😁

Love how he is looking for pumpkins, finds a pumpkin, then passes a pumpkin near a village at 1:10:00 kinda funny IMO
He could have used a sticky piston and pistons to pull the blocks up and then push them over to get into the stronghold

Legundo, you can have a beacon. It's challenging and an arduous task, but it's possible. Given the time left in your days though, it will not be easy, even downright impossible. Since you can kill withers with wolves, that's one matter done. Soul sand? You might need to lure a creeper to a soulsand valley and grab the soul sands, since I think they will not drop from Ghast explosions. Glass can be obtained from librarian trades. All that's left now is to kill the wither, which can be "cheesed" using iron golems in a small cave. Not big that the wither can fly, but not small that a wither won't fit. Have as many iron golems be packed in that space, summon the wither, and you can finally have a nether star(remembered this from one of Grian's shorts) You can have many golems by making an iron farm, since you can still move mobs, and you can't loot even a treasure chest to get the irons to make one
This just seems like an extreme pain so I gotta give you huge support for being able to do this
Legundo should've used a stonecutter and using more stone to set up a grindstone for the villager to get the weaponsmith, one of its first trades can be an iron axe.
im only on day 21 right now but im confused why he wouldnt lava cast to get cobblestone since he technically would have made that cobblestone

You can get a beacon block but it will take a long time, so what you need to to do is wolfs to kill wither skeletons to get skulls creepers for soul sand and for sand for glass and a lot off wolfs to kill the wither
