  11. Good day hm bugger if only I opened up YT after me shift last night for then I would've watched this live (I hate having to do extra cleaning when there's a shop inspection the next day yay)…

    Anywho there's a currently very chatty thead on the forum in the Machinery of War section on CV's and talking about their addition which I do hope come especially if done like BS:P over WoWS mess, Got a reply talking about how detailed some of the CV/aviation cruisers are under their 3d skin (Damn I wish the Pr.1143 was a TT ship between the Pr.26 & Pr.68A).

    I really do hate when people bring up WoWS as an argument against CV's especially for being defensive against aircraft since WT has far better defence against aircraft especially if YOU the player control the guns over WoWS poxy RNG crap, NTM besides WoWS there were other games with CV's that actually worked well notably the Battlestations series.

    Any way in your HMS Illawarra part your AA was set against surface targets which is probably a reason you lost that ship to the yunker 87 waves.

    BTW we USED to be able to use HE-DF shells effectively prior to 2.01 as with the old aiming UI you could target an enemy aircraft then set the range ahead of it and fire off a ever constant changing barrage of HE-DF shells but with the new pffft In the wise words of C-3PO "Were Doomed" as seen in the destruction of your CV's here, Also would be nice if shells didn't have the same costs these days as if the old UI & old shells costs were still a thing I'd take mostly HE-DF shells over HE-VT shells with the Type 41 AA Frigate…
