  1. I follow you alot coach greg. I don't care if max euceda's natural or not but just putting him down like that , just for views , is wrong. I still support you and know that you are a human too and can make mistakes. There a lot times where you just go too far just to get views like in the case of liver king , ofcourse he wasn't natural and lied and there were like 10 videos of him atleast. All the media feeding off it. I would love to see you old style of videos where you taught such good techniques or where you collab with other influencers, I love them. OR the actual fake natties like mike o hearn etc but sometimes out of the 99.9% that you're right about these thinGS. There are a few 0.1% times where the videos just seem forced like you wanna point out something forcefully. You cannot just look at a person (in photos i mean)and say if hes natural or not. We all know camera tricks to zoom and then take in a good lighting with a pump to look like a fcking monster in pics, but irl we are just normal gym guys with 5-6 years of lifting experience.( like in the case of max euceda) Just saying pictures cannot always be used to judge and you know all of this already obviously.

  2. Saw this manchild's tiktok. He has the audacity to say the spotter was his friend. A friend that get mad over his own friend for his lack of form. This just goes to show that he's a egocentric man child.

  3. When I train with my fiancé – I’ll describe how much help I need each rep when I’m at failure. “Little help” “big help” yeah I wouldn’t have gotten those force reps on my own but pushing past failure with some help is better than stopping with RIR

  5. Someone ask me to spot them last week, I said I don't know how. I've been training for years and I'm in great shape, but I don't know how to spot. The guy obviously thinks I'm a di** now, but he's alive lol.

  6. Like even if the spotter messes up your lift. Who the fuck cares. If you got that weight today, you will also have it in the future. The only thing i see in the video is a spotter doing his job perfectly fine and a guy with a horrible bench technique who is also insecure. NOBODY CARES HOW MUCH YOU LIFT. What is that fuking yoga matt doing on the bench btw?

  7. I’m so tired of people acting like someone just resting their three fingers on the bar is taking anything away from them. We know you still lifted the weight bro. I’d rather the person have their hands there already if I start to fail, personally.
