Spacetime is one on my faves. I had it ob repeat for at least a week. Purchased it 2x so fun!
shocking
You are being way too hard on yourself. This series was amazing!
Love it!
Congratulations on a great story that I didn't catch at all while it was rolling off. I would have loved to follow the story arc, but I never got into it since I don't watch every of Your videos and there were barely any signs to me that this exciting arc is enrolling. While this was a great artistic achievement, it shows very well how bad videographic quality translates to YouTube. I know it – on a much smaller scale – from my own videos. YouTube's algorhythm doesn't take artistic effort into consideration, which can be very painful as a content creator. You manage to get it quite well in the conclusion.
I think projects like this are mostly for the true fans which enjoy following You on the venture. Maybe for another project, it would be nice to plan from the beginning for some rounded version of all story elements to eventually come out in one video. After watching this, I would really love to see the full movie as a single video.
I truly enjoyed this whole series, and look forward to a new experience like this in the future. This was great entertainment.
One of the best things that ever happened on YouTube.
You need to have a Corridor Crew episode about this stuff!
I legitimately thought everyone knew this was a story 😆😆
Your one man VFX team was outstanding – huge kudos!
I’m gonna be completely honestly I deadass believed the for a few episodes and unfortunately I didn’t watch the whole series but I’m going to right now. It’s actually pretty awesome how convincing you made this or maybe I’m just really REALLY gullible lmao
I enjoyed the journey, great job Andrew and team!
Spectacular!
As usual, Andrew with great content for everyone. It’s not easy to be a genre bending, but your’e doing it flawlessly. I don’t know why you feel like some of it was a ‘fail’ or ‘miss’ it was doing exactly what you said you wanted from the beginning.
So amazing. Can we get any Spacetime merch?
It might have failed as XYZ, but it was a full success as an EXPERIENCE for us viewers. I had many great emotions while watching the series. Definitely an all time favourite.
It might be a hit or miss, but I still love it. Be creative, be experimental, be expressive. That's how Youtube will survive in the long run.
I legit thought you literally went to space. I am not a smart man.
It was so cool to see, what I thought at the time, a new format to your videos. Only to see an actual episodic story play out with really good acting and themes, Incredible production. I thought it was so so so great
Legend XD
You didn't really talk to an ancient alien crystalline being? WHAAAT!
I mean, that first video WAS kind of convincing. I mean, if Andrew ever actually went to space that would be exactly how he'd present it.
To your point on whether it was successful … YES, A million times YES. Please, if I could encourage you with every word that I am typing in this message, keep pushing these boundaries. I found it to be such a compelling and RICH set of content. Absolutely my favorite set of works from you Andrea. Just beautiful and fun and engaging and educational, so many things.
Baloney. I bet you're going to tell us that you didn't really film pink fluffy unicorns for your pfudor video. I see right through your ruse, Andrew.
Well, you did have me fooled for a little bit! 😹
I’ll make sure to watch the full experience! 🙂
Andrew, space time has been one of my favorite things that I have ever seen on YouTube. I was surprised at your summary when he said it wasn't received well. I didn't view it through a bad lens, on the contrary, waiting for and watching each episode was even better because it was all weaved together in such an awesome way. I think it is a masterpiece and I loved getting to watch this video where you recap it and explain everything!
I absolutely loved the original time travel storyline and spacetime took it to the next level! Thank you so much for making Spacetime.
I completely missed the social media commentary angle the first time I went through this series – guess it's time to re-watch it
I loved it ❤
Space Time was definitely one of the best things I experienced on YouTube while it was happening.
Kudos to you and the incredible team behind this.
Also, I did pick up on the tongue-in-cheek commentary back when I watched it
That was probably most confusing time as an Andrew Huang subscriber
I thought space time was fun and totally new and applaud you for taking the risk on making it
cat
Huang for resident! 😀
Loved that you did the whole series and I really love that you invested the effort to explain it to us all in this format. Kudos.
