  1. Wait until you get to Tokyo. Then you'll see a REAL crazy, massive city. Bangkok has its own charm though. Makes sense that it is the most visited city in the world for the last 8 years. If you're looking for energy, buzz, nightlife, streetfood, parties, random stuff, lots of action and activities all of the large Asian cities from Singapore to Saigon to Shanghai to Seoul have it. You can never be bored in Asia, it the most sensory overload of any region of the world.

  2. that's because people do not really understand about how GDP, 1st or 3rd world worked and when they never travel they won't understand, they would guessed that the 3rd world countries looks like a shithole. Yes, you can still look at the GDP for most countries in the world but you'll never understand GDP like the country of Thailand, it is because we rich people and poor people lived together so the GDP was just looked like that but it has nothing to do about the city or skyscrapers, and how the poor people here living? They have their own rice field and their cows and grows their vegetables and lived chilled. So if you looked at the GDP it just looks like that for long time ago And if you ask me is there any good adventage to be a 3rd world country like people called? I have to say Yes! Of course while you could live in this beautiful modern city which has everything you want and very organized 24/7 but for a very cheap price!!! Yes! Why not! Just only some people who never come called it 3rd world country because they just looked at the GDP or many people just guessed that asian country always looks like a shithole because they watched from the Hollywood movie and yes, there are a lot of people all around the world came to make their movie here and all of those movie love to make their movie at the over chaotic places(sometimes they build the environment from their imagination like the movie Ong Bak by Tony Ja) or many movie they came to make in Thai slums, yes, and that's not their fault because people all around the world love it just like that and it's not making any sense to show the sky scrappers scene from Thailand because people do not like, even the Thai people who promoted about Thailand they promoted about beach, jungle, elephants, Muaythai or Thai culture they never promoted about the city because they knows people all around the world do not like to watch so it's not weird for most people who never come here to think here is a shithole because it shows in the book that it's a 3rd world country.

That's why many foreigners or even many of my Western friends told me they came here because of the beaches and elephants and thought Thai people just live in the jungle like tribes and never knew that Bangkok is a very big and modern city like this while his home in the states where he lived people still lived like much more suburb life and rarely have sky scraper and ofcoure has nothing to do just stay home. That's the words I heard from many of my Westerner friends and many of them already moved to live here in Bangkok. And that's why many people all around the world want to move to live here in Thailand just only the people from our neighbor country like Japan there are already more than 100,000+ of their population moved to live here in Thailand.

  4. Hi everyone. Does anyone know how it works with those insurances when visiting Thailand? In case i need one, can i get one on arrival? And how much would it be per month? Also, if you are so nice, regarding the return ticket: Is it true that you must to have it already on arrival? What if the flight back is in 3 months? Could that be a problem if the max visa period is like 2 weeks or so? Thanks to whomever answers
