Excellent video, really enjoyed it. In fact I've just booked a ticket for the Glasgow gig on Monday 30th September on the back of this. I've been swithering about going as I live in Midlothian just outside Edinburgh and it's a bit of a treck through to "The Weedge" (Slang for Glasgow!) but having made the trip last week to see John Mayer as part of his European Solo tour I reckon that Mary's probably worth the effort. Great work – more of the Mary Spender Trio please.
I don't think we're giving enough love to the acting chops in these trio videos. The music and playing are always splendid, but it's the expressions + attitude of each different player that really seal the deal for me.

And so began a new chapter in the career of Big Spender, in which Drums became the primary vocalist and band leader. Their next 3 albums would go double platinum, before Bass left the band to pursue a solo career. The chemistry was never the same after that.
