Who I AM:
Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this YouTube channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. At the age of 19—homeless and deep in debt—I turned my life around by becoming debt-free, and I decided to spend the rest of my life helping people avoid the same money mistakes I made. Today, by the grace of God, that’s what I’m doing every day with AO Enterprise. You can rock with me on Instagram @AnthonyONeal or online at anthonyoneal.com.

  1. One of my why situations is realizing after years of spending every dime of my money and not having enough, I had to unlearn spending every dime when it wasn't necessary to do that anymore.

  2. I love Jamila’s honesty. I have so much respect for her. I love her real life examples and listening to her journey. She has great knowledge and didn’t try to fake that she was financially perfect or fake that she was a perfect Christian.

  3. Excellent analysis, I will be retiring at age 62. Two more years. Looking forward to spending time with my aging Mom, my family, friends and my dog. Also, to do things that I truly enjoy. My only concern is maximizing my reserve of $500k so that I’m financially fit. Any ideas?

  4. Yesss! I have no plans on "retiring". Have an LLC I am working to build now (my passion) while I work my job. AO is right, retiring is so you have more time for your passion.

  5. I've been in Financial Services since 1978. If you come to me when you are 20 or 30, I will make you a Millionaire by 50. At that point you can either retire or re-fire. Wealth grows slow like a tree. That is why get rich quick plans and schemes make you lose money. Contrary to popular belief Money DOES Grow on Trees. It grows on the family tree. I can show you how to use that principle to create generational wealth for your family without losing money.

  7. Corporate America is where minorities truly feel like minorities. Such a horrible structure. You have to put on that fake you to try and be non threatening and non black.

  9. I agree with her on finding joy in every stage of the process. I hate the message of “ live below your means , live like you’re poverty in order to save money.” I don’t think we should punish ourselves to save. You should enjoy life and still be able to save. We should know what it feels like to go on vacation to Hawaii for a week and eat good. You should know what it feels like to eat the kind of food you like, not just settling for a subpar meal. Delayed gratification doesn’t have to mean “suffer until you come up” 😩. Wish more folks would talk about a healthy balance instead of giving up everything you enjoy .

  10. First of all, the interview was amazing. I learned a lot. Secondly, I want to know who AO has been dating? There are plenty of amazing women out here who value the person. We're not reckless and we value security, but we're not silly gold diggers. Keep these real sessions coming!

  11. Her not knowing a scripture was the most relatable. I was starting to wonder if it’s really EVERY black person who can quote a scripture… and why… I have the same beliefs on religion and my relationship with god as she does… loved that piece of this convo, it was important. ❤️
