  1. Henry Ford refused to help rearm America. But made arms for Germany. He should have been charged with treason. He only changed his mind after Japan's attack on peril harbor. That's the only reason he wasn't.

  2. I read somewhere that the Japanese Navy had so much disdain for merchant service (vs combat service) that no Naval officer worth his salt wanted anything to do with it. So it was largely ignored by the Navy high command – with disastrous results.

  3. Thank you to all the veterans who fought for our freedoms, we live our comfortable lives because of the sacrifices you made and we are grateful. RIP to all the allied soldiers.

Respect to our neighbors to the South, there's a lot of haters around the world who don't understand that if it wasn't for the US the world would look a lot different today, you have come to the rescue many times, God bless America!

  4. My family contributed one young Marine…my favorite cousin…and one talented tool worker, my dad…to the war effort. For the rest of his life, Dad could fix, improvise…or he knew a guy who had exactly the needed knowledge to solve any fixit issue. I have always seen “tool guys” as super humans…

  5. Why is this ‘Like’ amount so low? The like to view ratio is pretty terrible.. maybe because of the age group demo?? I’m guessing that older folks don’t care/think to like/dislike what they watch?
