  1. I have visualized the specific person for 3 months, since he left where I lived I have been anxious and sometimes I sent him messages to see how he was doing. Today he told me that he met a girl. My question is, wouldn't I be hurting myself by continuing to persuade myself to visualize sp with him knowing that he is already with someone else? Is it better to continue wanting to manifest that relationship or on the contrary to stop doing it? I feel that him being with someone else hurts me 😢

  3. Christina, I must say i watched your video right after I had the urge to initiate contact with my person. I realised I was looking for external validation that he still wanted to talk to me and as I gathered from your video, that would have meant that I don't trust him enough to reach out first. Thanks again for reiterating the value of self love.

  4. I am anxiously attached and have been working so hard to change that because it’s been taking over my life and I don’t want to live like that anymore. It’s exhausting. Unfortunately, I’m no longer in a relationship and I find it difficult to work on it while not in a relationship as my triggers come up in relationships. Thank you for sharing your story. I am hopeful that I will become secure in time. 🙏🏼
