$15k electric scooter gets only 90 miles on a charge? My $6500 e-assisted recumbent trike gets that far on a single charge. Nice to know I saved a bundle going with my trike.
After owning both the K1600GTL and the R1250GSA, I can truly say, the R1250GSA is a much better, motor comfortable long distance touring bike, even if you don’t plan to ever take it off road. You will however suffer in the MPG dept, at 45 MPG, being very frugal.

the BMW naming system is great. It takes one minute to learn it. After that, I can tell you the model name of a BMW you've never seen. , And you will immediately know 99% of what style of riding the bike is made for and an approximation of what the bike looks like.
