Zombie Hitsugaya is so ruthless because he is a zombie. He has no more morals and doesn’t hold back which is something he has stated he does in the past. Hitsugaya never really fights to kill and as I said holds back due to fear of harming his comrades around him
Zombie Hitsugaya has no such thoughts and thus, is completely ruthless using whatever he can to kill his opponent like the knee ice blade he used
we don't wanna miss the last three episodes now. All of those will be fire for sure!

10:45 Its also information out of the series, but also pretty obvious one – the reason why Byakuya didn't get affected by Love here is because he is wearing the garb given to him by Zero division. It's strong enough to hold falling through dozens of barriers, it's also good to defend against stuff like this. It was information given by Kubo in a Q&A.
12:55 With all the data and experience he has now – Mayuri probably could challenge Yhwach. But he probably would not win, as you haven't seen Yhwach fight seriously yet. But he is one of the few characters who probably would survive fighting Yhwach.
14:50 I still think it was better, if they moved the fights at Zero Division to the next season. Those last 3-4 episodes really needed expansion and some more anime-only additions. Would be nice to see Yumichika activate his Ruri'iro Kujaku and maybe even see Ikkaku activate his much more trained Bankai. And definitely would be nice to see longer fights between Arrancars and the Zombie Captains.
Like this adaptation would have been so much better, if either they made it 5 Cour or added few more episodes per each season. And the last few episodes kinda are not the 11/10 we had before a good chunk of the animation team was fired. It's still a solid 8-9/10, though. I hope the last two (three worth) episodes will get all the budget and the work put into them.
Fights withing Zero Division is this season's Sternritter Y vs Yamamoto fight from Cour 1, those will be the fights that are meant to be the best out of this Cour.

It's crazy how Aizen plans everything, and then there's Mayuri who could have countermeasures to almost everything. If Mayuri could counter Aizen, he'll might as well have the possibility to have countermeasures on Yhwach's powers too.
