I can't stand it! I'm in South Florida and I swear I would take the trip there to eat those pork chops! I'm writing down every single ingredient and procedure! I must make them in the very near future! I have my own secret ingredient for pork chops.. raspberry vinaigrette. . plus alot of other seasonings! Just throw it all in one day and it turned out so so good! Just threw it in 1-day long time ago and it turned out so so good!

i do find pork chops never go the way i want them too. I think maybe i put the oven too high, they always cook but a bit too chewy for me!
